When it comes to mental health, Sarah believes that all people struggle from time to time and that your worst days do not define who you are. The goal of therapy is to promote healing and improve your daily life. This is done by exploring these struggles in order to understand and process them. In therapy, Sarah uses an integrative approach designed to best meet your needs and goals. She believes in a collaborative and non-judgmental relationship. She recognizes that you are the expert in your own life. It is up to you whether the focus of therapy is on your current experiences or exploring how your past experiences have shaped the way you see and interact with the world now. At Envision Mind Care, Sarah provides new intake assessments for: ADHD, general psychiatry, ketamine and TMS treatment; as well as psychotherapy and psychedelic integration.
When she’s not at the office, Sarah enjoys going to the gym, riding her motorcycle, and spending time with her family and dog.
